At our 23rd Blood Drive on Tuesday, August 5th we collected 39 units (31 whole blood & 8 double red) which will help save 117 lives! We almost made our goal of 42, but we did have 2 first donors. Everyone who signed up received a coupon for $2.50 off a container of Turkey Hill Ice Cream as well.
Saratoga Bridges is proud of our role in the community and successful events like this showcase the exceptional employees we have. In our 23 drives we have generated 1,005 pints — ultimately saving 3,015 individuals.
Our next drive is scheduled for January 20th. If you were deferred due to a low iron reading, stock up on green vegetables, raisins & beef and try again in a month. Just remember……..you can donate every 56 days.
