Alpha Career Options is our Supported Employment Program. This program has been helping individuals secure competitive employment positions in the county for over 15 years. Our staff presently provides 100 employees assistance every step of the way, from intensive job development, placement, on-the-job training and follow-up services. We enrich and enhance the lives of individuals with barriers who have developmental disabilities, mental illness, visual and hearing impairments, physical disabilities and mental retardation. The supportive employment team offers intensive:

• Job preparation including assistance with resume writing, interview readiness and community assessments.
• Job development, placement, orientation and skills training.
• Job Coaching, long term support
• Periodic reassessment and alteration of employment plan as appropriate.
• Travel training.
