The Southbury Residence is located in Clifton Park and is home to 5 gentlemen. The guys enjoy working around the house, playing board games, but prefer doing outdoor activities. They have a lot of heated games of bocce ball in the back yard (the winner decides dinner), grilling on the BBQ, eating on their back porch, playing catch with a football and planting vegetable and flower gardens.

They participate in a variety of activities including grocery shopping, going to church, bingo, computer games, visiting family, bowling, garage sales and the Saratoga Gaming and Raceway. As they are all Special Olympic athletes, they train and compete in bowling, basketball and skiing. The guys have been on trips to Yankee Stadium, the Baseball and Basketball Hall of Fames, to see the Harlem Globetrotters and to watch many hockey games. Their vacations have taken them on adventures to Boston, Cape Cod and Lake Placid.
