Each summer The Saratogian newspaper graciously allows non-profits to raise funds by collecting money they would normally charge for parking in their lot, which located on Pavilion Row between Caroline Street and Lake Avenue in Saratoga Springs.  Saratoga Bridges Family Support Services will have this opportunity on Friday, July 5^th  from 4:00 p.m. – midnight.
