Any employee or job applicant who feels that he/she has been subjected to discrimination by employees, administrators or directors of Saratoga Bridges are requested to report the incident or complaint directly to the appropriate Program Director, the Human Resources Director or Executive Director immediately so that the matter can be resolved.
