Both houses have endorsed increased funding for salaries to Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) employed in OPWDD non-profit programs. The Assembly proposal includes a 2% COLA and TREND on all reimbursement. This is the proposal we want. You can explain –

o Protecting our most vulnerable citizens depends on them
